2 Bananas

1 Egg

 

Method

Mash the bananas into a bowl until smooth.

Beat the egg into the mashed banana.

With the frying pan on a high heat and a fair amount of oil/oil spray, add a small dollop of pancake mixture. (The pancakes work better if you make them smaller, as they're easier to flip over etc.)

Let the pancake cook on one side for a minute or so before you flip over.

You can use a variety of different toppings for the pancakes. I melted some Nutella and used yoghurt and honey, but you can use fruits etc too.
