Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in a frying pan with oil/spray oil.
In a bowl, make a sauce out of the peanut butter, soy sauce and brown sugar. The amount of each ingredient that you need to use will vary depending on each individuals taste.
Mix half of the sauce in with the cooked chicken and then add back to the pan on a low heat. (If the heat is too high, the sauce will burn because of the sugars.)
Mix the egg noodles with the rest of the sauce and add to the frying pan.
Again - make sure the pan is on a low heat and you keep the noodles moving to make sure they don't burn!
